Consultation
Our design, renovation, and new construction process begins with a personalized consultation. We meet in person whenever possible, and for out-of-state clients, we are happy to connect via Zoom or phone. During this conversation, we will discuss your vision, explore your unique needs and style, and walk you through what to expect. You will gain a clear understanding of the process, project timeline, and anticipated completion date.
Consultation Fee: $250 | Duration: 1 to 2 hours
Preparation & E-Design
Phase 2: Design Development
After our consultation, I begin organizing and refining the details of your project. With a clear understanding of your vision, lifestyle, and goals, we develop the flow of your space or new build.
At this stage, I carefully prepare a customized design plan that ensures every element is cohesive, functional, and beautifully aligned with your specific needs. This phase is where your ideas begin to take shape in a meaningful and intentional way.
Phase 3: Design Presentation
Next, I will present your personalized E-Design or, for custom builds, review your architectural design plans with you. This digital presentation allows you to see your space before construction or renovation begins, giving you a clear picture of how your home will look and feel.
Please note that digital designs may appear slightly different from the finished space. In real life, the completed design is always even more beautiful. Each design is customized specifically for you, allowing flexibility to reflect your personal preferences and lifestyle.
Once the presentation is complete, we will review your project budget, timelines, schedule, and estimated costs together.
E-Design pricing varies based on the number of rooms or areas included and will be discussed during your consultation.
Ordering Products & Management
Phase 4: Project Management & Execution
During this phase, you can enjoy peace of mind and continue your daily routines while we manage every detail of your project.
We handle the ordering, pickup, and delivery of materials and merchandise. With large items such as lumber, concrete, or major furniture pieces, they're typically scheduled for direct delivery. When needed, we are available on-site to receive these deliveries.
I oversee all custom installation work performed by our team, as well as any contractors you would like us to manage, based on our mutual agreement. This ensures quality, consistency, and seamless coordination throughout the process.
Throughout this phase, I will maintain regular communication with you, providing updates on progress, timelines, and next steps.
Project management pricing is discussed based on the scope, complexity, and time required for your project.

Phase 5: Installation & Reveal
This is the moment we have all been waiting for. Installation day is when every detail comes together and your space is fully transformed.
During this phase, we apply the final touches that bring your vision to life, creating a beautiful new atmosphere in your home or business. It is where thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and innovative technology meet in perfect harmony.
This is truly the best part of the journey. Everything you have invested your time, trust, and energy into now comes to fruition. Your dreams become reality, and you get to step into a space that reflects who you are and how you live.
